Introduce

Rocafort de Vallbona is a village in the southern part of the Urgell region of the Lleida province of Catalonia. It lies on the River Corb and forms part of the Sant Martí de Riucorb municipal area. It is a medieval village built around a small hill, with sheltered streets that climb steeply from the bed of the valley to the castle at the top. Nowadays, there are about 130 permanent inhabitants, most of whom are farmers.
